Ordering and delivery

How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to you. Nothing is shipped by post.

How long does delivery take?
Usually a few minutes. In rare cases where a payment needs manual review, up to 24 hours.

I didn't get the email.
Check spam and promotions folders, then make sure the email you used at checkout was correct. Still nothing? Email us your order number and we'll resend the link.

Can I download my files again later?
Yes. Your download link stays active. If it ever stops working, contact us and we'll send a fresh one free of charge.

The products

What formats do the products come in?
Ebooks and guides are PDFs. Prompt packs come as Notion templates and Google Docs. Planners work in Notion, Google Sheets or printed. Each product page lists the exact formats.

Which AI tools do they work with?
Everything is written to work in any major AI chat app, including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Where a tool-specific feature is used, the product says so.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?
No. Most prompts and workflows work with the free versions of these tools. Some advanced workflows work better with paid plans, and we say so where that's the case.

Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can copy and paste, you can use the prompt packs. Automation guides show every click with screenshots.

Do I get updates?
Yes. When we update a product, the new version is sent free to the email address on your order.

Refunds and licence

What if it's not for me?
Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Read the Refund policy.

Can I use the content for client work?
Yes. Anything you create with our prompts and templates is yours to use in your own work and for clients. What you can't do is share, resell or redistribute the product files themselves. See the Licence page.

Can I share a product with my team?
Each purchase covers one person. For a team, email us and we'll arrange a team licence at a fair price.

Payment and security

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Do prices include VAT?
VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location where it applies, and the final price is shown before you pay.
