GiltAI sells digital products only. We do not ship physical items, and no shipping fee is charged.

How delivery works
After you pay, a download link appears on the order confirmation page.
The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
Files are delivered in the formats stated on the product page (for example PDF, Notion template link, Google Docs or Google Sheets template).
Delivery time
Delivery is immediate in almost all cases. In rare cases (for example a payment that needs manual review) it can take up to 24 hours.

Didn't receive your files?
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from GiltAI.
Make sure the email address you used at checkout was correct.
Still nothing? Email vidsauser38@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend the link within 1 business day.
Download limits and re-downloads
Download links stay active so you can re-download your files later. If a link ever stops working, contact us and we will send a new one free of charge.

Updates
When we release an updated version of a product you have bought, we send the new files to the email address on your order at no extra cost.

Delivery outside Ireland
Because products are digital, we deliver worldwide. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location where required.
